Three Pillars of MLM

"People Who Network" utilizes three foundational principles or pillars upon which 99% of all network marketing ventures are built on. They are:
1. Money
2. Lead Generation
3. Partnering
It doesn't matter which MLM company you represent. If you are in the business with the intent of making a profit, you'll need all three pillars to make your venture successful. How do I know this? Millions have tried building a NWM business without them and have failed.
Oh, sure! There are the handful of MLM distributors who became successful without all three pillars in place, but they are the exceptions to the rule. These are people who happen to have a large circle of influence, and or who happen to be in the right place at the right time, and or a combination of both.
Almost every MLM company is represented by such people in their ranks. You likely know some of them. These are people near or at the top of the compensation plan. Their downlines number in the tens and hundreds of thousands of distributors. These super achievers are held up as models ofsuccess, appear in company literature, and often make public appearances at seminars and company functions.
Distributors in the ranks admire these achievers, and many secretly aspire to one day enjoy the same kind of success. But therein lies one bigreason why so many distributors fail, and so few reach the top of their game.
Naturally we are all ears to learn how the superachievers built their businesses, and we are quick to model our own business after them. But what super achievers and most of their audiences do not realize is that without the same centers of influence, other distributors should not expect to have the same degree of success.
Instead of building their MLM business on soundMLM business principles, most super achievers were fortunate to advance by relying on their large centers of influence and by timing. By modeling their own business in the manner of the super achiever, part-time distributors without the same influence and timing all but insure their own failure to reach the clouds. That is the sad truth.
For MLM to work for the 99% who lack influence and resources, sound MLM business principles must be learned, taught and instilled. This is the mission of People Who Network. The focus is on
1. Money
2. Lead Generation
3. Partnering
Without these three priorities in place as a matter of first importance, it doesn't matter how wonderful your products are: You will not build a large downline organization without them! People Who Network will teach you how to put hundreds of dollars into the pockets of your prospects, before they ever become a distributor. We do this because most people do not have the extra money needed to start or build a business.
People Who Network will then teach you how to partner with new distributors in such a way that insures new partners are placed into a positive cash flow position (commissions). Money is all important in any business. Remember that. Learn this one business principle and people will stay with you.
Lead generation is vital because it makes up for the large center of influence most people lack. The idea is to create a pipeline whereby qualified prospects are constantly being funneled to you. This is essential to your business success. People Who Network utilizes respected third party lead generation services.
If you are frustrated and searching for answers to building your MLM business, People Who Network just may be the answer you're looking for.

MLM and Product Distribution

The key to your MLM business success is product distribution. Nothing happens without it. But where does product distribution come from and how is it created.
Your company manufactures and stocks products in their warehouse, but they are not the source of product distribution. Neither do they create it. Your company can offer incentives for people to purchase products, but they are unable to create so much as one dollar in product volume. That responsibility falls on Distributors to create.
As a Distributor intent on making a profit, your end goal is that of product distribution. That's right, product distribution, not product education, but product distribution.
You can have a down-line of hundreds and thousands of educated Distributors, but without the flow of product going out the doors of your comany's warehouse every month you have nothing.
Only Distributors are responsible for products being purchased. That is because Distributors are the ones that generate product flow. And without product purchases, nothing happens. No business, no commissions. Without Distributors, MLM companies could not survive. So Distributors determine the future success or failure of every MLM company.
People Who Network Teaches Product Distribution:
The mission of People Who Network is to help you create a Product Distribution System, the larger the better. A product distribution system consists of Customers and Distributors in your down-line. In other words, the system is your down-line. However, a down-line without product purchases is worthless. So your goal is to create product flow, to move products out of the doors of your MLM company warehouse into and through the distribution system you have created.
To create product distribution requires buying customers/Distributors. To get buying customers/Distributors requires a steady stream of prospects coming your way. People Who network will show you how to create a Product Distribution System that has a steady stream of products flowing through it every month.
What is Duplication?
Duplication does not happen by sponsoring alone. Duplication comes when those you sponsor and those they sponsor, etc, etc., purchase products, not just once in awhile, but with regularity. When that happens you have what is called a product distribution "business." But product distribution cannot happen without first creating the system.
You need both sponsoring and product purchases before you can say you have DUPLICATED your business. Does that makes sense to you? I think it does for many.
So the question becomes...How can you build your business in such a way that you have not only the organization, but one that moves product through the entire outfit like clockwork?
People Who Network teaches you how to build both the organization AND product distribution to go with it. It will teach you HOW to duplicate your business.
